What you need to know before your visit
We want your experience at Providence Memorial to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Here's everything to help you prepare.
Hours of Operation
Emergency Department: Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Outpatient Services: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Visitor Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Our billing department is available to verify your coverage and discuss financial assistance options before your visit.
What to Bring
Photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, referral documents (if applicable), and a list of any allergies or pre-existing conditions. Arrive 15 minutes early for scheduled appointments.
